SkySlope was created for Realtors by a Realtor. Our CEO, Tyler Smith knew that good customer service is worth more than a box of Godiva truffles and a bottle of Dom Perignon. Unlike chocolates wrapped in gold foil and tiny expensive bubbles, good customer service lasts.

Before we became the most competitive transaction management software in the real estate industry, SkySlope prioritized friendly, reliable, and legitimately delightful customer service (even when our support team consisted of one guy, sitting at a folding table, in an office at a strip mall). And it’s that value, that obsession with delighting the customer, that is the foundation of SkySlope.

So when we integrated with Nicereply, a company that provides analytics on customer service, it shouldn’t have been too surprising that we took first place in their Customer Happiness Awards among companies with 5,000 to 10,000 ratings.
